Hello my name is Amy and welcome to Doing Our Best Psychology.
Doing Our Best Psychology is premised on the idea that every child, adolescent and parent/caregiver is always doing their absolute best each and everyday. But sometimes, life is hard and we all need a little extra help!
Doing Our Best Psychology aims to bring resources to adolescents, parents/caregivers, teachers, school staff, counsellors and psychologists to support the continuous growth of children and adolescents. From the latest research and grounded in evidence-based practice the resources developed will focus on relevant topics across the child and adolescent developmental period.
